PROMOTION DESCRIPTION. This Promotion consists of one component.

1) a giveaway of a four(4), limited edition prints signed by artist Sket One

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Giveaway and Sweepstakes will run from June 20, 2025, at 9:00 AM ET to June 22, 2025, at 4:00 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”), coinciding with the Fanatics Fest NYC at the Javits Center located at 429 11th Ave, New York, NY (the “Event”).

 The Giveaway: Everyone who visits the Sponsor’s booth at the Event, provides their contact information via a form from a QR Code, and agrees to receive marketing communications from Sponsor will be eligible.

The Sweepstakes: Four (4) limited edition prints, signed by Sket One  will be awarded during the Promotion Period. To enter for a chance to win, participants must visit https://antiguaapparelshop.com/pages/fanatics-fest-2025 (Tom, should this be the FORM Landing Page?)complete the required form and subscribe to Sponsor’s e-mail communications through the Sweepstakes landing page.

Giveaway: Signed, Limited Edition Prints will be provided to Four(4) eligible participants who visit Antigua Apparel’s booth each day of the Event and in accordance with these Official Rules.

All participants agree that Sponsor is not liable for any loss incurred once a prize has left Sponsor’s custody. All taxes and expenses not specified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of each winner.

APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV) OF SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: ARV of the of the Prize is $500

SELECTION OF SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS: All Prize Winner will be drawn after the conclusion of the Event and will be notified via contact information provided. If a selected Entrant is deemed ineligible at the time of the drawing, an alternate potential Winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received and confirmed in accordance with these Official Rules. Winner need not be present at time of the drawing to win.

AWARDING OF PRIZES: The Prize Winners will be notified by telephone or email. If the potential Prize Winners do not respond to Sponsor within the 48-hour allotted time period, or in the event of a selected participant’s non-compliance with any of the requirements of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Prize Winner will be selected from among the eligible participants and confirmed in accordance with these Official Rules.  Winners are free to decline the prizes, and, in such event, alternate winners will be selected from among the eligible participants and confirmed in accordance with these Official Rules. Unclaimed prizes shall not be awarded.
