RETURN POLICY

 

Antigua return policy

We would like you to be completely satisfied with your Antigua purchase.  Items can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within thirty (30) days of the ship date on your invoice.  The full amount will be credited to the original payment method (credit card).  Any returned items must be accompanied by the original packing slip or invoice. Items must be in like-new condition and be unworn to be accepted for return or credit.  

If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packing or the original hang tags are no longer attached to the items, Antigua cannot guarantee that the item will be refunded.   

If you return items and claim they are defective, we will examine the returned items and will notify you of your refunds via e-mail within twenty (20) days. We will process the refund to you as soon as possible.  Credit will usually be issued within one billing cycle and will appear on your credit card statement.

If a refund is payable to you, we will use the original payment method used by you to pay for your order.  If an item was purchased by multiple methods of payment, the balance will first be applied to the credit card up to the original amount charged.   Credit will usually be issued within one billing cycle and will appear on your credit card statement.

The original shipping charge will not be refunded. 

Please allow twenty (20) days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

If the incorrect item was shipped, or it items were damaged in transit, the return shipping will be free.

We reserve our rights to limit returns.

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments will be accepted within ten (10) days from the original ship date.  Price adjustments will be accepted on items purchased at the full retail price only.  Items purchased in the closeout section are not eligible for further price adjustments.

Return by mail

Returns and exchanges will be made in accordance with our “Return Policy”. Please see above.

To return items for returns or exchanges:   

  1. Please pack the return items securely using the original packaging materials.

For your convenience, please print out the label from the listed link that should be affixed to the return package.

Please fill out the information on the return link provided with your order. Include the packing slip with your returned items.

All return shipping charges must be paid by you.  We cannot accept C.O.D. Deliveries.

Please note that Antigua facilities do not accept hand deliveries, and you must include a return address.  For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed and Antigua will not replace the contents of the package.

The original shipping charge will not be refunded.  If the incorrect item was shipped, or if items were damaged in the original transit to you, we will include shipping charges in your refund.

We suggest you use a secure method of shipment.  Return shipments are sent at your own risk.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within thirty (30) days of ship date.   

Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only.  Exchanges are subject to availability.  

To request an exchange, follow the link provided for your order to our returns center.  Please include the form in your return package.  Please refer to “Return by Mail” for full details on how to return items to us.  If you are exchanging an item because there was a mistake with your order, or you claim the items are defective, we will examine the return items and notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.  We will process a refund due to you as soon as possible, and we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you.   The replacement order will be sent via standard delivery.  Please refer to “Delivery” for estimate on delivery times.

Changes to Orders

We begin processing your Antigua order immediately.  For this reason we have a small window of time in which we are able to change or cancel your order.  If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at 1-800-555-8706 or email us at: shopify@antigua.com  We will make every effort to change or cancel your order.  Our order system is designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently.  Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
